Select the Anti-Stress Egg based on the firmness that suits you.

Blue (Firm) - Green (Medium) - Yellow (Soft)

Place ball in the palm of the hand with only one finger pressed into the Egg.

Hold and relax.

Repeat.

Switch the finger one by one.

Repeat.
