One By One

  • Select the Anti-Stress Egg based on the firmness that suits you.​

  • Blue (Firm) - Green (Medium) - Yellow (Soft)

  • Place ball in the palm of the hand with only one finger pressed into the Egg.

  • Hold and relax.

  • Repeat.

  • Switch the finger one by one.

  • Repeat.
